| Jewels of the World | | Ljubljana (Slovenia), 6. november 2005 |  The largest Slovene publishing house, Mladinska Knjiga, released a new book today. Jewels of the World is a wonderful coffee table book comprised of works from 15 artists, all of them well known Slovene photographers.
Inside you will find the work of Benka Pulko, Arne Hodalic, Matjaz Krivic, Stane Klemenc, Zvone Seruga, Bogdan Kladnik, Tomo Kriznar, Iztok Boncina, Ales Fevzer, Borut Furlan, Dario Cortese, Petra Draskovic, Matevz Lenarcic, Janin Klemencic, and Meta Krese.
The book was published to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Gea Magazin the most prestigious travel magazine in Slovenia. The book launch event took place at a travel club in the heart of Ljubljana. Remarks were given by the editor of Gea, Boris Bogataj, photographer Stane Klemenc and travel photographer Benka Pulko whose image graces the cover of the new 160-page hardcover book. |
